Background
I was chosen to share my experience as an art student studying in the United States of America. They told me to send them the audio files and they will edit the video.
I told them, I will create a simple video with my group of friends to provide the audience with a more personal experience.
I gathered four people whom I think would be effective in bringing this short informational video to life, within a limited amount of time while also working on our senior project.
Here are the following people who helped me create the video
Producer-Director Han Thar Htin

Lead Motion Designer Amr Seoudi

Art Director Sai Lin

Animator Eden Liu

Composer Darwin Hayden
Structure and Planning
I had the meeting first with one of the representatives from Bridge Burma and she asked me to make a final episode of the Study Abroad series.
I was given the general outline of the series but was also given a decent amount of freedom to make what I want to portray.
So far every video in the series seems very repetitive regarding what one should study and excel at to study abroad while presenting the information in a serious manner and I wanted to break this repetition by creating a more “comedic” video to provide a more down to earth information.
After the meeting with the representative, I gathered my group of friends and explained the general outline of it. Here is an example of notes I took from each meeting which I think is concise and digestible.

I wrote the entire script in Burmese first and then translated and marked some sentences in a certain color to connote "pauses and emphasis" for my team members.

Production Tracking
I wanted to skip some steps and jumped right into the production aspect since creating character turn around, mood board would take up some of our time. We only had two animators so I personally thought it wasn’t worth it and I told them having the main character looked different for each shot might add a charm of multiple people animating in their own style.
I created a tracking sheet just for a simple guide. I explained thoroughly what each team member will be doing with every zoom meeting.
I wouldn’t do a simple table if the team were larger but because this was a small team I just created a simple table.

I created the drive and organized the file for Bridge Burma and in each person’s drive, I created folders only for the shots they will be working on as not to overcrowd the drive and use up unnecessary space.

Notes and Organization
I also created notes and feedback for each person. Below are a few examples.

For the After Effect file itself, I created markers for feedback in each specific places and organized the file for efficient editing as well.
